cassius @cassius Just as an aside. Just at the point where the Germans vacated Holland, the American Army Air Corp flew several hundred bomber "sorties" to drop food to the Dutch. (My Dad was one of those in a B-17.) I have a Facebook friend in The Netherlands who still fondly remembers America for doing that. :)
My x will not donate to the Red Cross because his uncle fought at the Battle of the Bulge and the red cross was there charging them for donuts and coffee. Battle of the Bulge. What nerve. I always think of that when I do charity surveys.:(

Question or two. I've been out of using paypal for awhile. But now I need it set up so people can pay me. Does that mean I have to link it to my bank account and is this safe? Thanks in advance.

wait...they had coffee and donuts at the battle of the bulge?
The red cross was there to take care of the soldiers but it apparently came at a price. The x never forgave them for that. His uncle was a sweet kind man too or at least when I knew him.

For me it's the local Cat Welfare. You can tell them how you want the money spent I think. If somebody drops a large amount specifically for TNR then that's where it's spent.
