I just do this to have something to do. I make myself do at least $10 a day but I average more like $25 when you average including weekend where I barely do anything. There are weekend days I do get the $10 but I don't make myself sit there and work. M-F I average like $35 maybe? With low days in the teens and high days from $40-60. Personal best day was around $100. I do not have masters. I don't mind doing batch work I just don't know how to catch any that's decent so I skew heavy to surveys.

I've always been a pretty inconsistent Turker, it's usually to fill in the gaps when I budget poorly or have a major life shift that disrupts my finances. I don't aim for much a day maybe $5-10 but frequently make $30+ on a good day. I have a master's but honestly can't remember what year I started, like maybe 2010ish? At any rate, I like having Master's but have always stood by the fact that closed quals gets you a hell of a lot farther with much better gains.

I probably only end up spending like 3-5 hours actually working on most days. But probably also at least that same amount of time just sitting here looking for work. Not to mention being on call 24/7.

yup, that's it, the on call bit. Thats where all these tools come in handy though. I still get to garden, be here for afterschool snack and homework (you know the most crucial part of the day) and I have a child with many medical needs who has been in and out of hospital and drs visits. I can turk in the hospital. I can take gigantic delicious naps. Turking is between all of that. My calculated hourly is above $10/hr, so I am cool with the tradeoff.

Just curious, what is everyone's goal for the day? masters? without masters?

My goal is $100/day with masters. But honestly, my closed quals make me more than the masters qualification does.

My low goal is $50 and high goal is $100, with Masters. It really depends on the day, whats being posted, how I am feeling, what else I have going on.

That being said, its been horrible for me lately, so haven't hit my goal a lot lately.

I have really enjoyed this conversation. It's encouraging to hear y'alls stories and experiences. It helps to show me I may be a little crazy to do this type of work, but I'm not alone in my experiences.

My daily goal is $10. I don't always hit it. In fact, I rarely hit it. But I also infrequently turk. I need to be more active. I'm at 8,700 completed hits in a little over two years. I hope to get to a place where I can casually turk and hit $20 a day. Time to pay off those credit cards. Disney is a hell of a drug.

My low goal (Right now) is 250/week. No masters, 45k approved hits.

Last week I started tracking my earnings across platforms and found that MTurk (At least last week) amounted for 80% of my earnings. For half the week it was only 70% so I guess we'll see after a few weeks what that actually ends up being.

This week I'm busy coughing my face off so if I make $100 I'll be over the moon.
