you're fine. it's important that you advocate for yourself. maybe make some changes to make your own life happier. and I'm not a parent, but it sounds like you should make yourself happier and stronger so that you can get a lot more time with your kid.
her mother and I don't have any actual court arrangments.
she only opened a child support case, not a child custody case.
neither one of us wants to take our kid away from the other
I work on weekdays and don't get home til 8pm.
likewise, she is in second grade now,
right down the street from her mom
I like her mother's new boyfriend, in fact I went to a pool party and hung out with them for four hours a few weekends ago
he's a nice guy, my kid likes him and doesn't act weird or scared to go back to her mothers
so that's good enough for me. plus, their three year old daughter is the happiest baby you'd ever seen
getting more time with my kid would be nice, but the reality is that between school and what friends I hope she's making,
a parent would only naturally have a certain amount of time as is.

I still have my wisdom teeth, but one of them broke when I was grinding my teeth in my sleep and one of the shards went into the side of the tooth next to it that had a cavity...it was poking the nerve and got infected.
After trying to hold out for like a week and it just getting worse, I got it pulled this morning.

Which would be awesome, except he cracked my sinus cavity and some of the bones in my gums. So now I'm taking painkillers for a while
I can't believe you're awake
but to be honest, I would give almost anything to have that feeling of having mulitple teeth extracted again.
getting my wisdom teeth pulled was awesome and I would do it again anytime

well you're a great parent and you're nice to work with on mturk. maybe networking with other single fathers would help.

I've seen my father once in 16 years and he thought I was my brother and didnt even remember what I looked like. You're my hero. Keep on keeping on brother.

Liking this for the encouragement to him. Not about your father.

This makes me want to totally up my game as a parent. And ensure my kid keeps seeing his father (who isn't raising him, but is in his life in all good aspects.)

What has my life come to that I am hamming penny hits.

Actually, I'm not ashamed.

2) Off topic question, anyone on a diet? I need to lose some fat. My weight training is on point, i'm getting stronger and building some muscle and I know a lot about nutrition/exercise etc. but... I can't effing stay within my calories to lose the fat. Any magical tips to staying motivated and staying on track with my calories/macros??? I know WHAT to do, I just can't do it...

based on how I've come to understand the way this forum works, the only off-topic discussion is when you talk about tasks on mturk

So, I gained 80lbs with my kid and another 20 by the time he was 1 (PPD ain't no joke) and the only thing that EVER worked for me was a calorie counting app. When I used it diligently, and was honest, it worked like a charm and I lost half the weight. Of course, I gained it all back, but that's neither here nor there #wompwomp
