half truth. I enjoy getting large pieces of meat and cutting them down into smaller things as well. Like birds/huge pieces of pork. I thought about trying to be a real butcher and then I realized I'm just a fat person who really loves food and have no business doing that thing on a real life scale.

Greer's it's a local (I think) grocery store. It's not glamorous but it'll pay the bills so I have more time to write/edit :o
