Arggg, I can't get used to this forum software! I like it, but it's different. Like I started a post and decided not to, but can't clear the text. I clear the text but the next time I refresh the screen it's back!

I also think I'm the oldest person here.

Just posted this to get rid of the cached post that I keep trying to cancel.

I just put one character (usually a period) and it's a bit more bearable visually. Never seems to actually clear otherwise.

Yes, it really does take some getting used to. When we moved to Xenforo from vBulletin a few years ago, there was definitely an adjustment period.

There should be a little icon of a floppy disk on the bar above the text box. You can click on that and Delete Draft to clear out the saved text.
