One block would be ok, but more than one could be trouble. The issue is that no one really knows how many blocks in what amount of time lead to a suspension.

Try to always build up your numbers.
Be careful who work for.
Only do work for new requesters if you can handle all of the rejections. Right now I could take 300 rejections and still have 99% so I will only do up to 300 for an unknown requester.
