Just try getting to 5000, then you can do Ibotta/Customer Interest/etc... and all your percentage worries are over.

So reading around all these forums I keep seeing people complain about mass rejections! Has this happened to anyone here!?! WTF do you do to make up for it? Live off p9rs and hope they don't add to your massive rejections?

Do you have the 'worst case scenario' script? Get that one if you can, and then don't do more hits from unfamiliar requesters than you feel that you can afford to have rejected.

Nope. No one but you can do HITs on your account.

I don't but I am a paranoid turker. I have over 10k done and I wouldn't even do more than 10 PFAs until they were approved. I stick with trusted people unless it is just one hit or so

I'm too slow and the advice and link to Best/Worst Case script has already been given...so I will just add to double-check TO. (And note that TO is meant to give context rather than absolute truth about tasks. It is also known for hobbyists ranking things higher than they should, but getting familiar with TO can help you sort such things. Familiarizing yourself with the fair pay guidelines and paying close attention in here can help a lot as well. If a batch is great, you will hear about it-usually. If a batch is terrible or known for rejections, you will DEFINITELY hear about it, and usually quickly enough to halt any work you're doing for that person. None of these are guaranteed though, so use your judgment.)

Edit: Also, I just saw your reply that you don't have B/W Case going. Use it, trust me. You're selling yourself short and keeping yourself from making more by not using it, and could have a good deal more wiggle room than you might realize. I was shocked back when I first added it that I could actually be knocking out so many more hits than I thought I could.

I remember in my early turk days (the probation period) I got 3 rejections from ScoutIt. I felt like someone had kicked me in the shin with a steel toe boot.

Lesson learned: Stay away from ScoutIt. And it also introduced me to TO and other info on how-to turk better.

I was fortunate I spent a month or so researching before I even applied for an account plus I have friends who have been doing it for years. So I started off with TO, scripts, and lists of trusted people. I got my first rejection after 1000 and I will never forget it. They reject me because I was too fast.
