http://www.mturkcrowd.com/threads/hit-rejection-how-to-get-it-reversed.96/My God. Can someone please link me to something that I can give to a requester so he can learn how to reverse a rejection. I sent him the links that we all know, he says that he can't do it because it's not a batch. I point him to the link at the bottom of the article. He says he can't do it because it's not done on API. For my sanity, does anyone know the instructions I can give a requester who wants to act like there's no possible way to reverse a rejection unless I contact Amazon...which I told him that is not how it works.

I edited my post to include the link to the documentation page that says how to do it in the API.Again, I gave him those links. He claims he can't do it that way because there is no csv, he didn't do a batch.
It doesn't matter if it was a "batch," there is a CSV. Guy isn't trying very hard.Again, I gave him those links. He claims he can't do it that way because there is no csv, he didn't do a batch.
And as I said, I gave him that link and he says quote: "...I edited my post to include the link to the documentation page that says how to do it in the API.
He said it was "impossible" to d/l a CSV because it wasn't a batch. It doesn't matter if it was a "batch," there is a CSV. Guy isn't trying very hard.
The MTC post I linked to first doesn't include the API documentation link (I'll edit it right now to add it), which is why I edited my comment to include the specific link for that. If he's not creating HITs via the API, then he's doing it in the GUI and that's the first link in the MTC post. And as I said, I gave him that link and he says quote: "...
Again, we create HITS individually, not via API so that wouldn't work either.
In fact I want you to prove me wrong so I can reverse this or any other disapproval that is legitimately contested by a turkey. I already went back and forth with Amazon support on this topic so unless they changed something in the past few months it is not possible to reverse unless someone tells amazon and they do it. So you can forward this email and at the same time complain why I can't do this myself so they change the system."
He's wrong. Double checked on one of my old HITs to make sure I wasn't talking out of my ass.He said it was "impossible" to d/l a CSV because it wasn't a batch.
I'd just eat the rejection before I tried to deal with this moron.I gave him this link:
http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSMechTurk/latest/RequesterUI/ReversingRejectedAssignment.html
to which he replied it was "impossible" because his hit was not a batch.
I told him to read further down the article, and gave him this link:
http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSMechT...rence_ApproveRejectedAssignmentOperation.html
to which he said he doesn't do it in api, he does individual hits. Then he said he wants me to prove him wrong...
Read your PM.I'd just eat the rejection before I tried to deal with this moron.
