Would an IRB generally have access to the requester account a student uses for their study(studies)?

Would the IRB have the student's username and password? Not regularly, but I guess the student could give their login info to someone else if they wanted.

I just went in to my requester account and followed along with the first steps. There's a way to do all of them so I wrote him step by step from "sign in" to "d/l the csv and follow the instructions in the first link I gave you".

I won't get in to it here but will say, this is about much more than just a simple "boo hoo I got rejected". It's about much more at this point.

they're a lot of information to download
and the two that I did .. there was no WAY someone could have gotten it wrong.
I have no idea why this guy apparently blocks on something that is [from my experience] difficult to be wrong

that said, I've decided to deal with him no more.
