I am. I'll have to do that when I get back. They charged me twice for an order and she didn't explain herself really well, sooooo, I asked more questions and she got all bitchy.

Does anyone else use their amazon payments balance to pay for orders? Have you ever been charged twice for an order and then refunded when you received the order? That just doesn't seem right to me and I've never noticed if this has happened before.
