Yep! First time in Philly, been an Eagles fan for 20 years. I did the tourist Genos/Pats for the experience, then went to Sonny's when we were exploring and stopped at Mac's Sunday night after the game.

Yeah I'm sure. It's similar here in Buffalo with wings. Everyone goes to Anchor Bar, but the sweet spots are the small places/bars that people outside of the city aren't aware of. I didn't have much time to explore as we were running the entire two days, but I'm sure I'll be back. Loved the city, everyone we ran into was super cool. For the brutal rep Philly sports fan have, everyone was real nice and helpful. The Eagles blowout probably helped.

I think I've eaten cheesesteaks a sum total of 4 times in the 8 years I've been here...but I do like the ones from our local pizza shop. Not really my thing though, along with water ice and soft pretzels...
