I felt a bit cruddy too this morning! I got up at 5:45 to work out and it helped a little, but blah.

Haha, maybe I need to workout when I get up first, I fit in my workout whenever I feel I have the time but I could easily do it when I get up since everyone else is still asleep at that time. I get up at 5:50. I was thinking I was getting a cold but not sure if it's that or an allergy, I get these same symptoms once every year but usually it is during summer and it's not allergy season anyway so....cold I guess lol I don't know
