I think cold might be relative to where someone lives. fiance and his family start thinking about the heater when it starts regularly going below 70-73.

(which is ridiculous and I die from it every year.)

Well..it's 60s today..which is freezing to me LOL
The coldest day last year was like..11 degrees..

Our AC messed up and we had a day where it was 95 in here...I about died, I'd take 0 over that.

Ours has borked up a couple times, it was awful. It always chooses the worst part of summer to do it too. And of course the heater never goes out, no matter how much I pray and offer sacrifice to the heater gods.
