I contacted Amazon. They said they are investigating it. I doubt they are but I will keep sending messages until they either tell me he's suspended, my rejection was overturned, or they quit responding.

I’ve sent him 2 emails inquiring as to why I was rejected and if he doesn’t respond to me I will let Amazon know as well.

After much thought, I decided I'm not going back to my crappy part time retail job. Setting my mturk goal back to $30 a day. I don't know if I'm happy about that or not, but at least I won't have to work for anyone (or be to work at a certain time every day).
