@TobyF had the same issue. Mine approved but I did send him message and he responded quickly. Couldnt hurt for those worried about a rejection.
Not exactly this but basically that I understood the rejection and he was probably going to get a lot of messages from people so in the future he should more clearly disqualify people by making a qual survey or directing users to a "sorry please return" page and not giving out a code
