I have contacted requesters letting them know that with a qual of above 99 the way amazon does ratings only those with 100 can do the hits and although I have 99.9 I can't. Most of the time a requester doesn't realize it and then changes it. I think that if your polite you have nothing to lose by sending them an email, they may not be aware of this.
