I have contacted requesters letting them know that with a qual of above 99 the way amazon does ratings only those with 100 can do the hits and although I have 99.9 I can't. Most of the time a requester doesn't realize it and then changes it. I think that if your polite you have nothing to lose by sending them an email, they may not be aware of this.

You can also let them know that at >99% they may get actually WORSE results because they will get a lot more beginner turkers.

spent last night watching how shingles are put on a roof. The roof needs replacing (hail damage and one possible bullet ding that the insurance adjuster said looked too damaged to be from hail so it might be from a bullet but he was unable to find the slug).

Glad a roofing company is being selected. While it's nice to know how it's done, it's a ton of work. At least I'll know what the roofers are doing since I've educated myself a little bit on what to expect.
