Thanks. I just hate it when polices get in the way, and honestly this wouldn't have been an issue if they hadn't lost my paperwork back in April. Today they rattled off a bunch of polices that were dated and effective May 1st and I told them that those were not relevant because the issue in dispute is April 11th. They lost their shit after that. Then they demanded I fax them all of the information in question again, for the 5th time. So yeah...I hate polices.
