WWI is a WHOLE different ball game then II, so I've never gotten into it. (But I should, so maybe I will.) I did, however, have a Grand Father that took part. I think the only war my family missed out on was Korea.
My great grandfather was there, but my grandfather was a miner in a reserved profession. Every time he tried to sign up to fight in WWII, then sent him home to mine. My other grandfather was Irish and in a truly neutral country style, came over to Britain to work as a carpenter throughout the war. WWI is my dad's passion, WWII is hubby's.

guys wtf there was just like a 5in centipede crawling up my wall AND IT FELL BEHIND MY COUCH before I could get it I have to move now
I wouldn't worry about it. With all those legs and it still couldn't stay on the wall. It's obviously not a danger.

Only 5in? Oh, well, that's a flyswatter size. Bigger and y'all need a boot---preferably with a big man in it.

I don't have a man available at the moment. you know anyone? lol
Somebody buy me a plane ticket I'll come take care of it.

Maybe adopt it, call it Sam, feet it bacon.

But seriously, which kind of centipete? Dark and kind of thick body and short legs, or lighter color and lots of really long legs?

NO my name is Sam :arghh:
dark and thick. I don't know if it's better or worse that it isn't a silverfish

Been up for two hours and still rubbing my eyes to try to wake up. Like this every day.

I think Imma be an Evening Shifter.

Just took another political survey and it legit argued with me. Every time I answered it was all like "but what if..." and I'm all like "WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!?!"

Well, umm, worse, but still not particularly dangerous.

Mostly both of them just eat other bugs, but the short-legged ones have a nasty bite. Never even ehard of anyone bitten by a silverfish/house scorpion (scary name but they're harmless).

Welp, get your vacuum cleaner ready and roll over the couch.

Edit: Okay, I'll call it Sergeny.
