How's the last couple of days been? I've been sick in bed most of the time and when I felt like doing a little work our internet had been down because of the ice last night.

5s are tricksy, though. I don't know if it's any different since Victoria took over, but back in the dawn of time when I had the qual for ten minutes (almost literally) I remember a number of times where I found the live store product page for the product in the hit, put the category listed on that page...and was rejected. Straight up for reasons like I'd put a scrunchie in Hair Care > Hair Accessories and they wanted Hair Products, stuff like that.
Hopefully they're less fussy now, but they used to kind of suck.

That's why I didn't do many. Some of the hits I saw were of a long sleeve t shirt, but titled sweater, and 2 of the options were so similar I didn't know what to choose. This will be a qual I get taken away quickly, I assume.

I think that's b/c we're correcting the store pages.

The store pages weren't always wrong, though, and (source: worked retail for 7 years) in most stores I've ever worked or shopped at, for that particular example - in the HBA aisle "hair products" are usually styling products, "hair accessories" are barrettes and scrunchies and crap. So it was kinda weird that they were inventing their own hierarchy for no apparent reason they felt like explaining at all.
Not saying I didn't deserve to lose the qual just saying, their shit's weird.

It was surprisingly difficult to find 9 gift cards at Target that didn't have "Congratulations!" or "Merry Christmas!" or "Happy Holidays!" or something cheery on them.

Just when I was getting ready to ask for help I found ones with just penguins and snowflakes. What happened to plain ole boring red Target gift cards? I didn't think it would be at all appropriate to send "Congratulations!" or "Happy Holidays!" to the people from Paradise!

LOL. I thought about writing something on the gift card envelopes letting them know they're in our thoughts. But what do you write? "Damn, sorry that happened to you. Here's $15. From your friends in Modesto, CA."

It all sounded so lame. So I wrote nothing. I'm going to write something to my friend, who I know, and can say stupid shit to and she'll appreciate my effort, lol.

Also, by the way, I'm still on the YouTube channel your video from yesterday linked us to. It just kept playing and I haven't stopped it yet (well, I stopped when I went home from work, but started back up today, and it keeps playing old school music from back in my day and I love it. )

Write it from your HEART. Doesn't make any difference if it sounds lame if you mean what you write. The goodness will come thru to them, and they will remember that and appreciate that for a long, long time.
