if you have a safeway near you, they are having a deal through the 23rd at least in my area. check the safeway ad for your area to make sure the deal is there too. iirc it was on the front page of the ad. the deal is a 10 lb bag of potatoes for 97 cents. you can only get 1 bag at that price, not 2 bags. you need a safeway card to get the deal. you can get 1 at the register when you check out. it's a regular store card, not a credit card or anything. milk is on sale for $1.99 for a gallon of whole milk. butter is on sale for $1.99 but that requires a coupon from their ad or iirc you can ad the coupon to your safeway card by downloading the safeway app and hooking up your safeway card to the app, then download that coupon so it's on the card.

hash browns, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, all with the potatoes, butter, and milk. $5 total for all 3 ingredients. garlic is 50 cents for a bulb there rn, maybe add some chives but they are probably really expensive rn.
