I don't think so. Thirty is a sweet spot. I've seen few HITs that had an upper age range of 25 or so, but not many. You think 30 is bad, try 55 or older.
I just figured that more people are likely to be in either the 25-34 bracket or 30-39 bracket so some surveys have already met their demographic quota.
