No one has gotten Masters since December, 2015.

There is literally no pattern at all. And it hasn't been given out in almost a year.

Masters is a lottery, and people with masters are no better turkers than those without.

The only real way to get some type of quality control w/out going closed qual is to set high approval rate and numbers (ex: 10k/99% or some such) And even that isn't gonna be the best.
