Yeah I have been researching it I'm just curious what other people consider sleep. Like if you guys lay down for an hour and get some super light sleep but not actually pass out do you consider that sleep? I never did before but maybe I am wrong to think that way.

i think i would call that "dozing" and whenever one of those happens to me it's like, okay i couldn't keep my eyes open any longer so i had to check out for a bit, but the result is deeply unsatisfying

That was my thought. It's an old Durango we use on the farm, she is going to hate the gas mileage on it but love the fact she has something to drive. It's not like I went out and bought her a new car.

OK. Got it. I, for one, need deep sleep for a minimum of 6 hours. When I can get more than that--maybe 8 hours--I wake with a LOT more energy, and feeling "rested."
