I don't preach about it. I just do my own thing. Yes, even though I've been one since High School I still get jokes from my fam/friends/co-workers when I worked in restaurants which is fine. BUT when people try to start something about health issues, you need meat/protein blah blah I just tune out. You will never win those arguments.

12 years strict here but on and off since I was 5. People were worried about my health until I decided I was an adult and fuck them because I do my research.
