Mine ended about 3 days ago. Should have gotten the last survey and told to uninstall it.
Hmm that's weird. Mine is still giving me daily surveys, although I did miss 3 days. Did you get an exit survey?

"Thank you for working on our HITs! Unfortunately, all of the remaining HITs in this project have been reserved for other workers, and there are none left for you to do. Please check again tomorrow for more HITs to be available. (You must click the "Return HIT" button now to return this HIT.)"

What does this really mean?

Mobile healthcare would be amazing for the VA. My partner and I are moving in 6 months and as we searched for places right on the top of the list was a nearby VA hospital. In our case... it'll be about an hour away. Which was better than I had anticipated. Although they aren't doing mobile... I do appreciate that they are doing more things over the web so that we can ask our doctor questions and stuff without having to come in for appointments.
Yes, that's a good thing. When I move -- if I ever get the f*** out of here -- will be to some locale close to a VA hospital, since I'm getting up there in years. Top of the list, just like you. But an hour is a lonnnnnng way, especially if one is seriously ill. My best to you!!!

Does anyone run Linux or Ubuntu on a computer and still turk with it? May try it on spare computer.
I do, I got a little chromebook that I installed it on, and wanted to be able to use firefox if necessary. I also got AHK to work finally with WINE which was a bit help. For when I'm out of the house, or want to go to another room or something.
Edit: I really can't think of anything that I can't do that I can on my PC...except maybe inquisit, prob. won't work, and stickys prob. won't if it doesn't recognize it as a PC. Haven't tried either though.

Well, without looking it up, I think the colonial period started about the mid 1600s. Britain, France, Spain, and the Dutch (the Dutch were a big deal for quite a while). Most of those were just out to "conquer" and seek gold. The Brits, on the other hand, were looking to create, then expand, markets, as in "mercantile." Thus the 13 colonies. Our first real export to anywhere, including Britain was, of all things, tobacco. So Britain fought a long war over here (the French and Indian War), felt she had first say on what went on over here, pushed a bit too far, and voila, we revolted. If I recall correctly, James Otis started it all around 1760. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Otis_Jr.

So I live in the rural of all rurals. The nearest town is 55 miles distant, the nearest VA clinic is 65 miles away, and the nearest VA hospital is 118 miles away, which is a real -- pardon me -- a real bitch. The VA's healthcare is great, for the most part, but their psych care ( which I do desperately need ) leaves much to be desired. Still, I am luckier than many an American, I guess. And you are spot on about the mobile healthcare: I would kill for that.

And I admire, and greatly appreciate, your caring about our history. :)
All vets under VA care should dig into VA transportation information. The Kansas City hospital has transportation for vets in rural areas. I worked for a transportation group that had the contract a couple of years ago. Some drivers were going significant distances to bring vets to care. Please contact your clinic or hospital and push a little, don't just ask an operator.

Well, I'm not to worried about serious illness... especially now that if it's really bad you can go to any hospital and you have 24 hours to notify the VA. I have quite a few injuries and surgeries I've had that I have to get checkups for... So, I'll have to make drives into the city a few times a month, but I can just use that as an excuse to get other things done. Plus, we get paid to drive to the hospital.

Well, hell, at your urging I'll do that. But we really, really are so far out in the boonies ... Thanks, mTurk8705 @mTurk8705 for the encouragement.
