I bought one of those Star Shower light projectors to shine on the house for Christmas. I look on the front lawn yesterday and somebody actually had the nerve to steal it. Unreal.

Everyone in my neighborhood has one of them. My first instinct was to say, "Those are going to get stolen. That is just way too easy to steal."

3 days later, nobody had a lightshow.

Turns out it's too easy to steal.

I don't know about this, with a gun to your head the concept of free will is basically nil because your survival instincts take over and you'd do anything not to get killed. You're still making a choice but it's a highly restricted choice.

It's like when a survey has writing, in theory I could complete it, but in practice I have little choice but to return it and set my computer on fire.
