For those of you having issues with a survey hosted by Survey Monkey, where you are given this message (typically after experiencing a delay in loading pages in the survey), I was able to get around it by simply reloading the page. This happened twice during a survey today, and every single page load in the survey took several seconds as opposed to being instantaneous. Two page loads took longer and resulted in this image. Each time, simply refreshing the page would bring me to the appropriate survey page, and let me continue without losing progress.

It took me two days, being on search in PC, and pure luck... but it's worth it if you can snag it. It took about 10 minutes for $4 that was approved and paid in 10 minutes.
