Interesting. Yeah I didn't see anything in my room I just had this overwhelming feeling like my brain was being poisoned. I wasn't being poisoned by anything but rather just laying there with my eyes closed was poisoning my brain. It was pretty damn scary.

I ended up taking a hot shower to calm the shakes and listening to a Michael Sealey video to calm down and go back to sleep which worked.

Bought some hemp oil to see if it helps my anxiety at all. Would love to get some cbd oil but it's expensive and not available where I live.

This BC I'm on can cause infertility, especially if used for an extended period of time so I'm just counting on that I guess lol

If it keeps happening, it's usually caused by stress and other things that get your brain all upset. Just try to remind yourself that you're dreaming. It is hard at first, but it gets easier with time. Hopefully it's a one and done for you! Almost all people have it at least once in their lifetime.

they absolutely do...a lot of OBs won't sterilize you unless you're over a certain age or have a certain number of children, or if your spouse gives their signed consent.
