Wow, I didn't hear about that. I just believed it when they said it was a nigerian scammer. I always thought it was random that it was a person from Nigeria and then you find out its a white dude lying about being black. o.o Yikes.....

they absolutely do...a lot of OBs won't sterilize you unless you're over a certain age or have a certain number of children, or if your spouse gives their signed consent.
