I caught 2 of them...threw them back just to be on the safe side. Usually don't have issues with those types of HITs, but who knows with this requester.

I am so sorry you are going through this, especially this close to Christmas.
Have you read over our Participation Agreement? It has the limitations of liability and arbitration agreements and how to file claims. There is a link to the Arbitration Association and which state governs the disputes between mturk workers and them. I really hope you're able to get this resolved soon.
