New updated pushed to github for MTS. This update enabled TO caching. The TO cache is shared between HF-MTS, mturk page and worker.mturk pages when that gets added in January.

What is this? Well, instead of requesting TO every time MTS needed to display TO, it will only do it every 6 hours. This is done a bit differently than my TO script does it so I will explain it further.

If all requester IDs on a page (or a HF scan) have been updated in the last 6 hours, they will be grabbed from the log. If there is a requester with no TO or if even 1 requester ID hasn't been updated in the last 6 hours, all requester IDs are requested. This allows for the most up to date logging while limiting as many requests to TO at a time.

Whats the trade off? Your TO values can be up to 6 hours behind, but you are saving time by not having to request TO every time. This will let HF reload faster and decrease the chance that slow TO servers will affect you. Remember how when TO is slow, you had to turn off your TO script to let mturk load quickly, this gets around that.
