The one thing that would give me hope if I was a Rockets fan is that Barkley agrees that it'll be really easy for the Warriors and Barkley seems to be wrong about his predictions every damn time

yeah I was watching the TNT post tonight. this is true

he's actually been 100% wrong this post season on everything he's predicted

I'm a Bulls fan and I remember he used to predict the Bulls would beat Lebron every single year....didn't happen once

I was going to say I think it'd be a better idea to sign LBJ now, extend Capela before he becomes a UFA which will cost a lot more. They can go over the cap to sign Capela since they have his Bird rights. Rockets would still need to cleaar about 10 million to sign LBJ to a max though

Not anyone under contract. Even if you waive someone the money is still on the books.

tilman fertitta joked in a interview a couple weeks ago that "Capella was going to cost him some money". so I do think Rockets find a way to keep him

it would not surprise me if he's a top 3 paid big man in the league because he's becoming a dominant force

he's still so young too. I would do anything it took to keep him
