how’s the health coming

my foot feels like 50-60% healed but I think its like another 2 or 3 weeks before I can start doing my walks again and maybe a little longer before I run on it

feels bad man because I rely on my running to keep my brain feeling good and warding off depression

but for the meantime, I got football, baseball and netflix to keep me entertained

running is definitely good for that type of thing. that’s how I spent most of Saturday :, just kept active with walking and jogging. do you use Fitbit or anything?

hopefully the next month or so goes quickly and you’re able to get back at it. and those 3 are always handy. that’s literally all I watch as well. plus tennis and occasionally wrestling.

I watched that 1998 King of the Ring VHS last night that I bought last week.
Now I'm trying to convince myself not to buy an attitude era VHS lot.

McIntyre vs Ricochet put on like a 20-ish min match. Good match. Some crazy bumps.

then they had like 15 mins of dead time with promos and commercials and i lost interest

they should’ve never gotten rid of the king of the ring PPV. Now it’s just a yearly thing they do on raw and sad. Lame

also.... when I think king of the ring... I always think of Shane vs Kurt and Kurt suplexing Shane through the glass part of the entrance set up. that was a brutal match lol
