For Out of Darkness (which you're probably not asking about but I'm writing down so I remember)
Physical: 1.95
eBook: 2.04
Money wise it looks like it's better to buy eBook for both. Statistics/rankings wise I don't think it matters? I do know that all preorders count as day one sales so the higher that is the further I shoot up the selling list. (I'm at 15 rn)
