I think there's a more posts button somewhere on that theme, but all my posts are pretty much the same format. Vague updates, rambling sentences because I've lost my train of thought. You know, basically how I act here :p

And thanks, that's where I've been trying to funnel my nonsense lately.

I'm dumb, I had to click 'more posts'. lol. Do you care if I read your site/twitter, or is that something you wanted to keep...not private but separate from people here? lol. I hope that isn't a dumb question.

Oh, no, that's fine! I keep all my private stuff on my personal facebook, everything else is free to read. :)

And it wasn't a dumb question, I'd've asked it as well!

I really amused myself yesterday and just wanted to share this with the writer thread.

I don't think I'm supposed to admit to amusing myself, but oh well. I'm tickled as heck.
I could totally see that happening and I loved it! :D

I couldn't figure out how to follow your Facebook page from my own writer Facebook page, so I followed from my personal one, because I really don't care anyway.. People can always find me wherever and I don't post hate things, so whatever! I suck at posting anything anywhere. I was already following your Wordpress blog.

I didn't realize that you followed my facebook page or my blog :o :o That's cool!

Or I forgot, which is always a possibility and i think I just deleted a paragraph that I didn't mean to delete while typing this. Dangit.

I've been trying to come up with an idea for a cheesy romance since the other day and I think I figured out what I want to do. Keep in mind that it's kind of my intention to make this super cliched just so I can get over my fear of this-sucks-so-why-bother-writing, but uh...what do y'all think? Princess is the main character, I don't have any names picked out yet.

So...I know some of that is pretty outlandish, like that she would be ruling the kingdom instead of the king's right hand guy or whatever, and that the murdered king would take the chance of coming out to her. But what do you guys think?

I tihnk for the her ruling part you could go either way, she takes over or she fumes about the right hand man taking over. Either could be story points. I think it's a start and could go places :D

Well, that depends on what you write but I think it could go interesting places. :D I know I would end up taking some convoluted murder plot route that somehow involves magic and betrayal but that's because I'm more dark fantasy than I am romance and i don't know the romance genre well.

Beta Reader Quote said:
-The story never dragged and there weren’t any superfluous scenes
-I enjoyed reading the multiple POV and thought you juggled this well.
-the book has an engaging premise and sympathetic characters. I was immediately drawn into the story and found it easy to read and entertaining.
Fuck yes. Pasting this fucking everywhere. Changed the quote cause it feels spoilery.
When I get excited I use 'fuck' a lot.

I've been entertaining the idea of writing a book on a former railroad line here in Central Kentucky... I didn't mind writing back when I was in school but I only ever did it when required (English class). I've been finding and saving newspaper articles online that I find, thinking that I might take what I can and write/type up something. My biggest issue/concern is finding enough human interest stories and not a bunch of statistics that would bore nearly everyone. There's stuff out there, but I wish I knew someone that worked the line that I could draw stories from. Also have/had a short article for a train magazine whose editor asked me last year if I could do something..I didn't have a set deadline, but I think I was so close to reaching the necessary word count for it. I really oughta finish that.

Are there any type of employee records? Even if it's not as extensive as anything would be today. Maybe you could find someone who wanted to ramble?

This really cracked me up. And not gonna lie, I enjoyed the story's narration and style quite a lot
