Had that happen to me a few months ago.. 200 dollar charge at a coffee shop in Miami. Took 3 weeks after "investigation" to get it credited back to my account. I have US Bank.

Everyone in my family had their identities stolen or compromised right after the recession and their housing department had leaked a bunch of personal data. None of my family will ever go near a BofA ever again unless it was to burn it down. Haha.
