Pretty sure that means you have a captcha. You need to clear it and then HC will work again.
If you are grabbing a HIT on panda and it hits a captcha it will stop(HC) until you fill it in and then you can unpause HC and it will grab more HITS again.

It's approved HITs, if you're talking about having a certain number done in order to qualify for more. But I'm not sure if much opens up at 100 approved? I think it's usually 1000 approved where more HITs become available. https://www.mturkcrowd.com/threads/your-first-1000-hits.23/
Yeah, I definitely saw 1000. Just ran across a few HITs that want 100+. Just getting 100 approved is going to take way wonder than I thought. Oh well, I'm enjoying this.
Okay so if you are panda a hit with HC it will stop when you hit a captcha,you can grab another HIT(say off the main mturk page or HF,then fill in the captcha for that HIT,then your captcha is clear and you can turn HC back on and it will grab HITS again because HC can not grab them when you have a captcha waiting on Mturk for the next HIT.
