No clue about ODD but I have ADHD, which does not provide a "lack of motivation or desire" so much as extreme difficulty in pushing through with intentions.
For example, I could have every intention in the world of writing a book (something I am very interested in) and still be unable to do it. Medication might be the key there, but I haven't gotten on it myself so I have no clue. That said, your daughter isn't going to grow out of these things. At least, ADHD doesn't work that way...So medication
might be the best answer for her to live a successful life. My parents tried medicating me for my ADHD when I was a child but stopped it over fear. I wish they would have continued to have me on it, because basically throwing their hands up and acting like there was no "solution" to my problems did not help me.
Now I am 25 and still having to deal with the consequences of that. I know it might be tough with your daughter(s), but don't give up
