super rare. I remember being told that red hair is found in 1-2% of the population, and that only 17-18% of the population is blue eyed.
On a more serious note, at my doctors recommendation, I've been taking a large dose of Vitamin D, as my levels were significantly lower than they should have been. (Edit*** I'm talking large, SAFE doses, not
@PeachyRider Vitamin C dosing.) Since doing this over the past few years, I've rarely felt the need sun screen; When I forget to use it, I hardly ever burn like I used to. I might get a little pink, but no sore sensitive skin that peels, etc. But I still wear it regularly, whenever I can remember to! It's nice being able to tan a little bit though, because before the Vitamin D, it was pale white, or burnt pink - no in between
