As a fellow ginger I regret to inform you that you have broken Universal Ginger Code 094-2106 SPF 80, as a direct result of your careless actions you would normally be sentenced to immediate termination. however, due to the fact that gingers account for only 2% of the global population and are therefore considered an endangered species , your sentence is deferred until further notice.
Awww, well thank you for your mercy! I will have you know however, that I am a blue eyed, red haired, pale skin, no freckles - ginger...so I'm super rare. I remember being told that red hair is found in 1-2% of the population, and that only 17-18% of the population is blue eyed.

On a more serious note, at my doctors recommendation, I've been taking a large dose of Vitamin D, as my levels were significantly lower than they should have been. (Edit*** I'm talking large, SAFE doses, not Peachy @PeachyRider Vitamin C dosing.) Since doing this over the past few years, I've rarely felt the need sun screen; When I forget to use it, I hardly ever burn like I used to. I might get a little pink, but no sore sensitive skin that peels, etc. But I still wear it regularly, whenever I can remember to! It's nice being able to tan a little bit though, because before the Vitamin D, it was pale white, or burnt pink - no in between :p

I need a new one for the house the portable one we had I had to take to work because the one there quit working. A wonder how good the Home Depot sale will be. We have central AC at our house but in the Texas summers a portable really helps out.
Idk if this is everywhere, but the people we spoke with said that Toshiba is replacing LG. We called a couple Home Depot stores & they said the same thing. We ended up getting the Toshibas cause...I guess latest & greatest?

I'm not sure if they're having a sell on portable ACs. Just make sure & call on Memorial Day & they'll let you know.

We're also getting a lounge chair & privacy blinds cause neighbors be nosy...I know cause I'm one of them.

Sunscreen free? I still wear it whenever I can remember to. Doctor said I should still always use it...like, always. But I just can't wrap my head around using sunscreen or smelling like the stuff for that matter, when it's not summer time.

Take it from someone who has had skin cancer removed, wear that shit like it was required, because it is.

Wow, I may need to boost vit D. I have green eyes which is also about 2% so I wonder what % red/green combo is,lol. Anyhow, I burn horribly. My GF passed from brain cancer that began as skin cancer. My mother and brother have both had as well. I don't sit by a window without sunscreen. I've been hospitalized after sleeping in the sun and blistering my chest area. Last bad burn was my arm, I sat it in the window on a cross country trip ;/

You get my point! Even if the vitamin D helps, I don't want to take a chance! I'm just glad to know I'm a little more resilient now than I was before the Vitamin D, when I do forget sunscreen. Being in Maine, the weather is fair enough or cold enough 3/4 of the year, (heck more like 7/8 of the year) so I can get by with hooded sweatshirts most of the time :p
