Ugh I would trade. Trying to do 'division of responsiblity' (I decide what/when they eat, they decide 'if'/how much) but it's like my main source of kid stress.

That is what I do. I find that as long as there is some form of cheese or cheese flavoring hidden somewhere in his meal he will pretty much go ape shit for it. Also, toddlers love alfredo sauce for some reason.
