Getting quesadillas perfectly browned is an art... you are definitely on your way to perfecting grilled cheese if you've accomplished quesadillas

I make a pretty mean grilled cheese after watching a Food Wishes video on it. Grilling a little bit of another cheese on the OUTSIDE of the bread takes you from "cook" to "god" with just a few sprinkles of cheesy goodness.

For a REALLY good one, and to possibly start WWIII, I like to toss in some shredded ham bits on the inside too.
