the reasoning is acceptable but not in a threatening manner. what kind of people are these places raising if they thing they can threaten others that way. We try to be nice when we contact them They can act the same way if they want something from us.

I think that's more a warning than a threat? Or I guess warning and threat are kinda similar. It's nicer for them to warn than them to just reject and say tough luck.
