sleep paralysis is scary shit, have had a number of them since I was 12

That would terrify me. My son suffered night terrors when he was little and the doc told us not to wake him. He would be walking, eyes open, and screaming and scared. it was horrible. My Mimi woke up para;yzed once but she had a tumor on her brain stem. They removed it and after 2 years of healing she was fine. The sad part is she had complained to her GP about headaches and he had told my Papa that she needed more attention. This was like 1960 when my mom was 5. She ran in to him in an elevator years later and when he said hello she told him to F off, that is how I found out the story,lol.

couple times a week, usually just after I've fallen asleep, I see spiders or bugs flying at me and start flailing around .Then I remember I'm blind af without my glasses on and there's no way I would be able to see spider fangs from that far away.

Usually don't remember that till after I hit fiance though. He's stopped going to bed at the same time as me.

eek that sucks, especially that it happens that often! semi-related: once my ex was leaning over me to reach the blanket while I was asleep and I half-woke up and thought he was someone else and punched him in the face. that was not such a good night

it really is! I've had it happen about 4 times, I think? so luckily not that many. 3 of those 4 times were the day after I found a huge spider/other creepy crawly on me, and when the sleep paralysis actually happens I always feel spiders covering me but can't move

sorry I've derailed the thread again ....not that there's much work up. lol

the one sleep paralysis I have had the most is I am in my bed and I am surrounded by figures in black hooded robes. and i can't move or yell, it is very disturbing

I don't remember if I saw anything but waking up not being able to move is enough for me. I think I had it happen like 3 times. Something must have happened because all those times it happened within like the same week and that was the only time it's ever happened. I don't know. So glad it's never happened after that.

I had clicked on a video in the instructions and could not get back to the main hit, it just froze on the page with an error message. I didn't realize it was endor or I would have allowed it to just run out of time.

I kept nodding off and I'd be surrounded by evil entities and force myself awake and they'd be gone and then I'd doze off again and the evil entities would be back, standing around me and I'd force myself awake again. It happened over and over, it was terrifying.

They're annoying af, but they've gotten less vivid the past couple years. The flailing only happens once a month or so, usually I can think my way out of it before then, that just wasn't as funny. The other night my brain wasn't even trying, just sending red circles at me and I convinced myself I had to eat them to get them to stop.

Then I all the way woke up and was like ... wtf are you doing...
