That's where we're looking at now. Trying to find a 2b/1b for around $800-$900 a month. Would DEFINITELY NOT prefer another apartment. First time living in one & hoping it's my last. In Florida, i had the choice of duplex, condos, townhomes, which was very nice. I loved my condo. Never heard a neighbor ever (thanks to the building code & thick layer of concrete).

Boise is pretty nice, especially if you enjoy arts/culture (there's typically more to choose from there than in most other areas of the state). The north end and east end are quite pleasant neighborhoods in my opinion.
Oh, just checked zillow and never mind. Rents have skyrocketed in those neighborhoods.
