my arm hurts and I'm bummed because I have to wear a stupid brace all day and at night I have to add a plastic piece to the brace so I can't bend my arm. So I'm not gonna sleep well for the foreseeable future. boo.

i’m okay. had the worst headache i think i’ve ever experienced last night into this morning. luckily a little sleep and a couple tylenol helped a bit. painful headache

i’m okay. had the worst headache i think i’ve ever experienced last night into this morning. luckily a little sleep and a couple tylenol helped a bit. painful headache

cubital tunnel syndrome (basically a pinched nerve or something, idk) that makes my fingers to my shoulder hurt like a mofo. Gotta wear it until it stops hurting I guess lol. Supposed to do physical therapy too but I can't right now, so hopefully the brace helps.

headaches suck if it happens again/still happening, rub your fingers kinda hard in circles on your forehead, take a hot shower, and/or put your feet in a bowl of almost icy water. I've had moderate success with those.

I'm happy. Going to a social thing later. But, I have a friend who did something awful and they keep talking to me about it. I'm having trouble being a listening ear and being kind about it. (They recognize it was wrong, they feel awful about themselves, they just keep mentioning the fallout of this act rather than the fact that they did it in the first place)

But I'm happy. I hope you're happy. I hope you're just peachy.

ugh I have a friend that does this all. the. time. But she's my only IRL friend though so I don't want to confront her about it. it's a hard situation for sure.

OH OH, so I had a tooth pulled and my dentist gave me tylenol and acetaminophen in combination. It is now my go-to when I have some kind of big pain. Better than narcotics!
