Had to laugh at this description on a survey.
Who can participate: Because of the nature of the questions asked, in order to participate you must: (a); be an adult (18 years or older) (b); working in an organization (c); hold a full- or part-time position in a work organization that is 15 or more hours per week (d); have a direct workplace supervisor or manager; and (e); not be self-employed.

The not be self-employed kind of leaves all of us out. Although I do know what they were meaning.
