It wouldn't load at first and had some sort of problem, but after about 10 seconds, it loaded fine. I was able to fill it out and submit it with no problems, then.

Mine was messed up all the way through the thing, but was still able to submit. Thanks!

Same. Mine rejected for same reason. I didn't see any rejection warnings on TV, guess I missed it. I wrote him a very polite message. And then at the bottom I put "Batman would empathize with me. ".

I doubt he'll respond. But if your definition of nude is different than the dictionaries that really needs to be iterated in the instructions.

Google says that if you launch a new window it will repopulate the tabs you had open in your most recent closed window. I am not sure if this helps in your case, but that's all I can find for a fix without reopening the individual tabs from history or using a previously installed extension.
