Right click on the Requester in your Hit Queue and it will show 'contact requester'. I hope it submitted to him. Include your worker ID when you contact him and explain what happened. You could submit it with your worker ID but know that might get you a rejection if he didn't receive the info. If you got the code and your bonus amount you should be good though. If you still have your code just open the hit and input the code.

Thank you. I tried to contact the requestor and when I tried to send the message it showed as no more hits available. I don't remember seeing a code, but did write down my bonus amount. Is strange as the message wont go through to the requester and the hit starts back from the very beginning with not enough time to complete it again before expiring.
Alright, so the problem here is that this task doesn't give you a code, once you reach the end, after it tells you your bonus amount, it submits itself without the need for the code. This is when it all went wrong for you since your mturk logged out on you.
